How do Shift Meetings work?
  1. Buy your pass. Secure your place before meeting profiles open.
  2. Complete your meeting profile. Fundraising, GTM, pricing, product rebuild, hiring, customers, investors, partners.
  3. Approve your matches. The system suggests people, and both sides opt in.
  4. Arrive with your schedule ready. Names, times and locations land before you leave for Barcelona.

Across 1,000 attendees that adds up to 8,000 curated 1:1s over the two days.

When do meeting profiles open?

14 September. That is when you set your goals and matching begins.

Is there a deadline to get my 1:1 meetings?

Yes. Access to 1:1 meetings ends 2 October. Buy before then and your pass includes 16 curated Shift Meetings. After that date the meetings are no longer part of the pass, because there is not enough time left to build and confirm the schedule.

Do prices go up before the event?

No. These are final prices with no further increases. What moves is access, not price: profiles open 14 September and 1:1 meeting access ends 2 October.

Can investors buy a Founder & Operator pass?

No. Passes are reviewed, and mismatched purchases are redirected to the right pass type. Investors take the Investor Pass, and agencies, consultancies and vendors take the Service Provider pass, which is capped at 50 for the whole event.

What is included in my pass?

Founder & Operator, €895: full two-day access, 16 curated 1:1 Shift Meetings, Shift Roundtables (peer-only, stage-matched), and evening events and networking.

Investor Pass, €1,295: full two-day access, 16 curated 1:1 Shift Meetings, and evening events and networking.

Service Provider, €1,195: full two-day access, 16 curated 1:1 Shift Meetings, and evening events and networking. Capped at 50.

Are Shift Experiences included?

Not automatically. Experiences are sponsor-led, curated and capacity-limited. A ticket makes you eligible to request one, and each guest list is built by the sponsoring company.

What happens after I buy?

You get confirmation straight away. Your meeting profile opens 14 September, and your schedule is set before Barcelona.
